Jeffray Behr

Jeffray is an Engineering Project Manager at New School Foods, a plant-based fish startup in Toronto. He has worked in the alternative protein industry for 6 years and previously worked at Rebellyous Foods and Food Solutions Action. He has a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. He also volunteers with ALLFED, a non-profit focused on creating a more resilient food system in the event of global catastrophes. In his spare time, Jeffray enjoys cooking, cycling, improv, reading, running, and playing ultimate.
